Virginia Community Colleges Association
The Virginia Community Colleges Association was established in 1983 to enrich community college
education in Virginia primarily through professional growth and development activities.
Membership is open to all full-time & part-time personnel in the Virginia Community College System
(all administrator, faculty, and staff employees), alumni, board members, and friends of the VCCS.
As the agent for professional development for all VCCS employees, the VCCA fosters a climate of professional service and growth and provides a medium for the exchange of information, issues, and opportunities. VCCA members provide a strong, unified voice in support of Virginia's Community Colleges System mission, programs, and services.
